Ex-Deutsche Bank Managing Director Sues For Age Bias

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 7:14 PM EST) -- A former Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. managing director hit the bank with an age discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit Tuesday in New York state court.

Robert Jeffe, a 62-year-old former chairman of Deutsche Bank's Corporate Advisory Group, said he was “grossly underpaid” following a 2009 management shakeup, despite years of exemplary performance. Meanwhile, younger managing directors who couldn't pull their weight made millions, Jeffe said.
