Last Two Plaintiffs Booted In Chevron Cancer Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a boost to Chevron Corp., a federal judge has knocked down the claims of the two remaining plaintiffs in a long-running case alleging that the company’s oil-drilling operations in the Amazon rainforest caused cancer, ruling that California’s statute of limitations bars the claims.
