Navigant Workers Lose Appeal In Trade Secret Case

Law360, New York (November 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appellate court has ruled that former employees of Navigant Consulting Inc. breached their fiduciary duty and misappropriated trade secrets by sharing client, employee and business data in attempts to sell a unit of the class action settlement administrator.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Friday affirmed a jury finding that John Wilkinson and Sharon Taulman were guilty of breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation claims.
