Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 2:06 PM EST) -- Seeking to establish privacy protections for citizens as the government moves closer to dispatching unmanned aircraft systems in the U.S., a senior Democratic lawmaker introduced legislation Tuesday establishing licensing, data collection, disclosure and warrant requirements for law enforcement and other operators.
