Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 4:03 PM EST) -- When Argentina refused to pay a $133 million arbitration award to Blue Ridge Investments, a Bank of America Securities subsidiary, Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP's Ted Posner successfully petitioned President Barack Obama to suspend the South American country's trade benefits with the U.S., helping earn him a spot among Law360's list of International Trade MVPs.
