Mandatory Dispute Resolution Program Unlawful, NLRB Says

Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 4:03 PM EST) -- A mandatory dispute resolution program maintained by Supply Technologies LLC violated federal labor law and must be rescinded because workers could reasonably interpret it as blocking them from filing National Labor Relations Board charges, the NLRB ruled in a decision made available Wednesday.
