Forever 21 Harassment Suit Sent To Arbitration

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 3:44 PM EST) -- A California appeals court ruled Thursday that a former Forever 21 Inc. employee's race discrimination and sexual harassment claims against the clothing retailer must be decided in arbitration, saying a trial court erred when it determined the company's employment contract was unconscionable.
