Judge Denies Bid To Move Guidant Suit To State Court

Law360, New York (November 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has denied the request of two plaintiffs to remand their product liability case against Guidant Corp. to state court, ruling that the recently absorbed company did not act improperly by trying to shift the action over faulty implantable defibrillators to federal court.
