Groups Defend 2-Step FLSA Cert. Process At 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 6:30 PM EST) -- An association of employment plaintiffs lawyers and other groups defended the two-step class certification process used in Fair Labor Standards Act suits to the Fifth Circuit on Thursday in an appeal lodged by Wells Fargo that attacks the process as unfair to employers.
