Fund Wants To File Competing Plan In NYRA's Case

Law360, New York (November 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The judge overseeing the New York Racing Association's Chapter 11 proceedings has scheduled a Tuesday hearing to consider Plainfield Special Situations Master Fund Ltd.'s emergency motion to terminate the NYRA's exclusive right to maintain control of its reorganization.
