Fed. Circ. Questions Farmers' Standing In Monsanto Seed Suit

Law360, Washington (January 10, 2013, 4:08 PM EST) -- Two Federal Circuit judges criticized a preemptive strike by several farmer groups against seed patent litigation by Monsanto Co. during oral arguments Thursday, saying the farmers haven't shown the company would sue them for harvesting a negligible number of seeds that strayed onto their land.
