Judge OKs Funding Cuts To Texas Planned Parenthood Clinics

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 1:38 PM EST) -- A Texas judge on Monday allowed the state to stop funding preventive care at Planned Parenthood chapters that have come under fire from anti-abortion lawmakers, saying a restraining order is unwarranted because there’s no proof that halting reimbursements will cause immediate and irreversible harm.
