AUO Execs Ask 9th Circ. For Bail In Price-Fixing Appeal

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 2:44 PM EST) -- Two AU Optronics Corp. executives sentenced to three years in prison for liquid crystal display price-fixing urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to release them from custody while they appeal their conviction, arguing they had no intention of fleeing the country.
