Court Says Lactose-Intolerant Claims Are Sour

Law360, New York (November 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a boost to a group of milk sellers, an appeals court has tossed the claims of a group of lactose-intolerant milk drinkers who said the companies should have informed consumers that some individuals might be intolerant of milk, ruling that “a bout of gas or indigestion does not justify a race to the courthouse.”
