Samsung, Nokia, Others Face ITC Suit Over 4G Patents

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 6:36 PM EST) -- InterDigital Inc. said Wednesday that it had launched parallel complaints in Delaware and the U.S. International Trade Commission accusing Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Nokia Inc. and others of importing 3G and 4G wireless devices that infringe up to seven of its patents.

The complaints, the latest brought by the patent-licensing company, goes after some of the accused companies' most popular devices, including Samsung's Galaxy S III and Galaxy Tab II and Nokia's Lumia 920, as well as Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.'s MediaPad S7 Pro and ZTE...
