SEC Rips Challenge To Energy Disclosure Rule In DC Circ.

Law360, Washington (January 2, 2013, 8:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday slammed a challenge in the D.C. Circuit to a Dodd-Frank Act provision requiring companies to disclose what they pay foreign governments for natural gas resources, saying the rule battles the so-called resource curse.
