Ambulance Co. Dodges Ex-Worker's Fraudulent Billing Claims

Law360, New York (January 2, 2013, 7:06 PM EST) -- A Virginia federal judge on Wednesday tossed a whistleblower suit from a former employee of an ambulance company who claimed it had defrauded Medicare and Medicaid by falsely reporting that nonemergency transportation services it provided dialysis patients were medically necessary.
