Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 11:00 AM EST) -- Two recent U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement cases against registered investment advisers (RIAs) underscore the need for newly registered advisers to be prepared for the time, soon to come, when the SEC arrives for an onsite examination and inspection.
