Appeals Court Sides With Ford In Child Rollover Suit

Law360, New York (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has upheld a lower court’s “take nothing” summary judgment grant in favor of Ford Motor Co. in a case brought by the parents of a 3-year-old boy who was crushed to death when he was run over by a Ford Explorer that did not have a reverse-sensing system.
