Kumpulan Gets Concession For $2.3B Malaysian Road Project

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 1:56 PM EST) -- A subsidiary of Malaysian construction and carbon products firm Kumpulan Europlus Bhd. has signed a concession agreement with the Malaysian government for a roughly $2.3 billion highway project, Kumpulan announced in a stock exchange filing Wednesday.
