Judge Orders Auditor To Provide Docs In Winstar Case

Law360, New York (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Accounting firm Grant Thornton LLP will be forced to hand over the results of an internal analysis of an audit of Winstar Communications, after a judge refused to grant the auditor's request to file an immediate appeal of the verdict that compelled the production of the documents.
