First Transit To Pay $1.1M To Settle Drivers' Wage Claims

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 3:23 PM EST) -- Transportation company First Transit Inc. has agreed to pay more than $1.1 million to resolve a putative class action alleging the company failed to pay certain drivers properly for all the hours they worked, according to a filing Thursday in Pennsylvania federal court.
