NJ Bills Would Allow Pollution Without Penalty: Sierra Club

Law360, New York (January 3, 2013, 9:51 PM EST) -- Two new bills before the New Jersey Legislature would allow sewage treatment plants to pollute without penalty by barring government agencies, such as sewage authorities, from being sued for toxic pollution, the Sierra Club in New Jersey said Thursday.
