Microsoft Faces New Suit Over Intellivision DVR Patent Deal

Law360, San Diego (January 3, 2013, 9:10 PM EST) -- Months after the Second Circuit upheld the dismissal of its dispute with Microsoft Corp. over a digital video recorder patent agreement, Intellivision launched a suit Wednesday in New York state court alleging the software giant breached their patent deal by concealing its development of DVR products.
