Shell Told To Indemnify Du Pont For Bayou Sorrell Suit

Law360, New York (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court on Thursday not only told Shell Oil Co. to pay Du Pont De Nemours & Co. all indemnification costs in an environmental case over a waste dump in Louisiana, but also forced the company to pay for the fees Du Pont incurred by prosecuting the claims.
