Repsol Can't Sue YPF Partners After Takeover, Bridas Says

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 3:45 PM EST) -- The Argentine government's nationalization of energy firm YPF SA from Repsol SA does not entitle Repsol to pursue legal action against those that wish to do business with YPF, according to Bridas International SA, which filed suit Thursday against the Spanish oil and gas company in New York state court.
