Calif. Court Partly Reverses Hollister Gift Card Cert. Denial

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 3:30 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Thursday partially overturned a lower court's refusal to certify a class of thousands of Hollister Co. customers who claim the retailer refused to honor gift cards whose expiration date was not clearly marked.
