Safari Club Can't Butt Into ESA Settlements, DC Circ. Rules

Law360, Chicago (January 4, 2013, 4:24 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday shot down Safari Club International's bid to challenge the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's settlements in multidistrict litigation over Endangered Species Act determination deadlines, finding the hunting advocacy group failed to show it had standing to intervene in the litigation.
