Whistleblower Pushes To Revive Boston Scientific FCA Suit

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 3:41 PM EST) -- A whistleblower accusing Boston Scientific Corp. of illegally boosting heart device sales by providing doctors with Disneyland tickets, wine and other kickbacks urged the First Circuit on Thursday to revive her False Claims Act suit, saying an earlier complaint lacked specificity and that first-to-file rules therefore don’t apply.
