ITC Taking Full Stock Of Alloy Exports From India, Elsewhere

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 5:34 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will conduct full reviews to determine whether revoking anti-dumping tariffs on silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan and Venezuela will have a harmful effect on domestic producers of the steel component, the trade agency said Friday.

The ITC said that its commissioners have voted to run full five-year sunset reviews for the long-standing anti-dumping duties orders on the three countries' silicomanganese exports, which were issued more than a decade ago.
