DC Circ. Revives Suit Over Reverse-Mortgage Foreclosures

Law360, New York (January 4, 2013, 5:23 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday resurrected a suit against the head of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development challenging an agency policy that allegedly makes it easier for reverse-mortgage lenders to foreclose upon homes occupied by widowed spouses.
