RICO Claim Against Ex-CEO of Iraq Contractor Tossed

Law360, Los Angeles (January 4, 2013, 9:36 PM EST) -- A California judge Friday threw out a civil racketeering claim against a former CEO of Delta Aliraq Inc. accused of skimming at least $5.1 million from construction contracts with the Iraqi government, saying the company failed to allege a pattern of racketeering activity with enough specificity.
