Porn Producer Survives Bid To Toss Its P2P Copyright Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (January 7, 2013, 3:44 PM EST) -- A suit brought by pornographic video producer and reputed copyright troll Malibu Media LLC against users of the popular peer-to-peer data sharing system BitTorrent adequately pled its claims, a Pennsylvania federal judge said in an opinion Wednesday tossing a dismissal bid by the defendants.
