Baltimore Panel OKs Exelon's Proposed High-Rise HQ

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 6:28 PM EST) -- A Baltimore design and architecture panel gave an important nod on Thursday to Exelon Corp.'s proposed new high-rise headquarters, which is part of the company's $7.9 billion merger with locally based Constellation Energy Group Inc.

The Urban Design and Architectural Review Panel for the city approved the proposed schematics for the 23-story tower at a mixed-use complex known as Harbor Point, though panelists did ask the developer to consider some of its comments in modifying the project, according to Damian O'Doherty, a spokesman for the developer....
