Fla. Theater, Union End Labor Dispute With $2.2M Settlement

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 5:54 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Monday approved a $2.2 million settlement ending a long-running dispute between a South Florida performing arts center and a theater workers' union over unilaterally made changes to wages and employment conditions.

NLRB Regional Director Margaret J. Diaz signed off on the resolution of the 12-year-old litigation between the Raymond F.
