Xerox Protests Rival's Win Of $248M W.Va. Medicaid Contract

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 7:11 PM EST) -- Xerox Corp. is challenging the award of a $248 million West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources computer contract that went to another company, accusing state officials of cutting a “side deal” with a rival, according to media reports Monday.
