Sara Lee Handed Mixed Ruling In Uniform Pay Case

Law360, New York (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has affirmed a lower court's dismissal of certain claims in a case over Sara Lee Corp.’s alleged failure to compensate its hourly production workers for time spent complying with a mandatory uniform policy but has given class members an opportunity to pursue FLSA claims.
