Court Nixes GO Computer's Swipe At Microsoft

Law360, New York (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has shot down an antitrust lawsuit accusing Microsoft Corp. of driving a hand-held computer company out of business, ruling that the plaintiffs were on inquiry notice of their claims as of 1992, “when enough red flags had flown that a reasonably diligent person would have investigated and acted.”
