Ex-Enron Execs Fined $1.175M Over Securities Fraud

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 1:55 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday ordered three former Enron Corp. executives to pay $1.175 total in civil penalties in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's civil suit over their alleged securities fraud in a $155 million scheme that netted one of them criminal charges.
