Issa Calls For Probe Of FTC Google Antitrust Leaks

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 7:26 PM EST) -- Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., asked the Federal Trade Commission's inspector general last week to find the source of repeated leaks about the agency's recently concluded antitrust investigation into Google Inc.

Citing similar concerns raised by two Democratic senators, Issa urged FTC Inspector General Scott Wilson to figure out who on the commission or its staff shared details about the Google case and the settlement while the probe remained nonpublic.
