Ex-Primary Global Exec Can't Shake Conviction In 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 2:27 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit refused Tuesday to overturn a guilty verdict against James Fleishman, a former Primary Global Research LLP sales executive sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison based in part on wiretap evidence implicating him in an insider trading ring.
