Vegan Allowed To Claim Religious Bias In Flu Shot Firing

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 2:43 PM EST) -- An Ohio federal court recently refused to dismiss a former children’s hospital worker's claims of religious discrimination based on her adherence to veganism, saying the worker had plausibly alleged sincerely held beliefs that could merit legal protection.
