Texas Police Chief Fired After Balking On Perjury, He Says

Law360, Dallas (January 8, 2013, 3:23 PM EST) -- A former Texas police chief on Monday said he was fired for refusing to perjure himself in a lawsuit against the city and for failing to arrest the plaintiff in that suit despite pressure from the mayor and city attorney.
