Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 4:37 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has made an initial finding that hand trucks from Chinese manufacturer New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co. Ltd. again were sold in the U.S. at below their normal value following a similar ruling in July, according to a notice to be published in the Federal Register on Wednesday.
Commerce said it has decided that a preliminary dumping margin of 9.84 percent exists for New-Tec for the period from Dec. 1, 2010 through Nov. 30, 2011.
