Slain Lockheed Worker's Parents Rip Bid To Nix Appeal

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 6:39 PM EST) -- The parents of a Lockheed Martin Corp. employee murdered on the job slammed it and its subcontractor Monday for trying to toss a Third Circuit appeal in a wrongful death suit by saying they didn't know a workplace shooter was potentially violent, an argument never presented before a lower court.
