Girardi & Keese Settles Energy Startup's Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 8, 2013, 7:08 PM EST) -- High-profile plaintiffs' lawyer Thomas Girardi has settled a $600 million lawsuit alleging he and his firm committed malpractice in representing alternative energy startup Demeter Energy Corp. by failing to file a malpractice claim against another law firm before the statute of limitations expired, a court official said Tuesday.
