NYRA Hits Back In Fight Over Competing Plan

Law360 (November 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The New York Racing Association has fired back at Plainfield Special Situations Master Fund Ltd., blasting the fund's bid to terminate the NYRA's control of its reorganization and file a competing Chapter 11 plan as a self-serving attempt to derail the progress the NYRA and others have made in the restructuring.
