Ala. Judge Tosses Suit Challenging 100% Natural OJ Label

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 3:18 PM EST) -- An Alabama judge on Tuesday axed a putative class action against Citrus World Inc. accusing it of mislabeling its Florida's Natural products as 100 percent orange juice despite the addition of compounds to mask the taste caused by processing and pasteurization.
