Clear-Cut Employer Contraception Mandate May Be Elusive

Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 3:57 PM EST) -- The Obama administration is in a tough spot as it finalizes health reform’s requirement that employer medical plans include contraception coverage, according to experts who say it will be hard to draft clear guidelines that both defuse religious opposition and preserve a strong mandate.
