Pittsburgh Utility Sues Developer Over Stormwater Plans

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 3:56 PM EST) -- The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority filed a third-party complaint against developer The Buncher Co. Tuesday in a suit alleging it failed to enforce environmental permits for a 55-acre, $400 million downtown redevelopment project, saying Buncher is liable for the project’s stormwater management plans.
